We want you to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in original condition, unused, and exactly as delivered.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and contents must be included.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind is not accepted for return or refund.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong item selection) are not eligible for return or replacement.

Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

To ensure a smooth claim process:

  • Customers must record a complete unboxing video when opening the parcel.
  • The video must be:
    • In one continuous clip
    • Without pause or cuts
  • The video will serve as proof in case of damaged or incorrect items.

❗ Claims will not be accepted if:

  • The video is missing
  • The video is edited, paused, or incomplete
  • The video is recorded after opening the package

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed smoothly.
  • Our team may contact you for additional verification if needed.

Warranty Coverage

We provide warranty only in specific cases:

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product from our side, you are eligible for replacement.
  • Warranty applies only when all terms and conditions are fulfilled.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim:

  1. Fill out the Warranty Claim Form on our website.
  2. Provide all required details along with proof (including unboxing video).
  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 working days.
  4. If approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty will be void in the following cases:

  • Physical damage or mishandling
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Product misuse
  • Repair or tampering by unauthorised technicians
  • Removal of warranty seal
  • Use of glue or adhesive on the product

Important Notes

  • We do not replace products if the wrong item was ordered by the customer.
  • No replacement or refund for change-of-mind cases.
  • Warranty claims are only valid when all conditions are properly followed.
